| • What does the term “wefted” mean? |
| Wefted hair is hair used for weaving. It is sewn or bonded (with special bonding glue) into a track/braid ready for the weaving process. A weft looks like a curtain or hair stitched together along the top. |
| • Can the weft be cut? |
|
Yes. Our wefts are reinforced and made by a machine. They can be cut without unraveling. We do not suggest cutting our weft. |

• Does this hair shed? |
|
Just like natural hair, healthy hair will always shed. Any extensions you may come across experiences minimum shedding. This is totally normal. Minimum shedding= hair will not have a noticeable or drastic decrease in its density or volume. However, proper maintenance is extremely important and advised.

• How much hair do I need?
|
|
Length 14-16" Inches - You Need 2 bundles
Length 18-24” Inches - You Need 3 bundles
Length 26-30" Inches - You Need 4 bundles or More *HIGHLY SUGGESTED*
Lengths 30"-Up"- REQUIRES 5 bundles or more *HIGHLY SUGGESTED*

• How much does each bundle weigh?
|
|
Each bundle is weighted between 3.2-3.5oz.
|

• Will each weft be the same length?
|
|
Bundles are measured by weight. The longer the inch the less you’ll get on the wefts. Bundles are first weighted 3.2-3.5oz and hand sewed on a weft, so the wefts will be different between each bundle.

• Can I color this hair?
|
|
Yes, Luxe Beauty Extensions can be dyed. Our extensions are 100% virgin human hair that has ZERO synthetic blended fibers. Coloring does loosen the curl pattern slightly. We advise to allow a professional to color your extensions. Excessive coloring WILL FRY YOUR BUNDLES.

• What do you recommend for sleeping?
|
|
For Silk Straight and Ocean Wave: Tie your hair with a scarf & follow with a bonnet. For Curly: Lightly twist your hair in bigger sections & use a silk bonnet.

• Can I go swimming?
|
|
Yes. You can go swimming in pools and hot tubs. We recommend braiding your hair or pulling it up into a ponytail before swimming to keep your hair from tangling. It is best to wash your hair right after swimming. Add a spray in conditioner after swimming. Salt beach water usually dries out your hair

• How often can I wash my hair?

1-2 times weekly. Unless the hair gets dirty or oily

• How long does the hair last?
|
|
Depending on maintenance, hair will last 6 months to a year. Please take care of your extensions as if it’s your own hair.
